I checked into soaring tower in vibrant district, excellent for night owls. Loved gazing at record-breaking spire and captivating fountain from terrace. Rooms decked out like a dream. Top-notch spa pampered me silly. Grub was A+. Plenty to keep me entertained. Spa treatments were on point! The check-in was a breeze with early bird deal. Room featured sleek tech and posh amenities fit for royalty. Fitness center was a plus. Shopping hotspot around the corner. Sunset views from balcony were breathtaking. A memorable stay indeed.

During my recent business trip to Dubai, the Kempinski Central Avenue Dubai, formerly Address Dubai Mall, proved to be an exceptional stay, thanks to its outstanding features. The Spa at Address Dubai Mall offered me an unforgettable experience, with its tranquil ambiance and skilled therapists providing customised journeys tailored to my specific needs. Additionally, the myriad of dining options on-site ensured that every culinary desire was fulfilled, while the exclusive access to the fully equipped Fitness Centre and swimming pool offered me a perfect way to unwind after a busy day. The recreational amenities, including the outdoor pool and fitness center, added to the hotel's allure, providing a well-rounded and enjoyable stay.

My only minor disappointment was the lack of flexibility regarding a late check-out request.

The room was super cool and had a great view of downtown Dubai. Plus, being connected to the Dubai Mall was epic - we shopped 'til we dropped and hit up all the trendy spots. Perfect for a young squad like us!

It would be even more awesome if they had a dedicated area for chill parties. You know, like a cool hangout spot to kick back and have some fun with other young peeps.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities. the spa center was top-notch with a variety of body scrubs and wraps, massages, facials, and beauty treatments. the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and beach umbrellas was a great place to relax and soak up the sun. the restaurant offered a tasty buffet breakfast and the bar/lounge area was a perfect place to unwind in the evenings. the location was also convenient, with easy access to the mall.

Despite this, everything else about the hotel was impeccable - from the service provided by the friendly staff to the cleanliness of the treatment rooms.

The view from the hotel room was absolutely stunning, with a great panorama of the city skyline and the famous landmark. the bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep after a long day of work. the hotel's convenient location provided easy access to a nearby shopping center and other attractions.

The food at this hotel was below par for a five-star establishment. the quality was disappointing and the staff at the cabana were lazy and uninterested in providing good service.

Shoutout to the breakfast buffet crew - they're the real MVPs, especially Ria, Jane, and the others - those folks made our mornings extra special. 🌟 The bridge from the mall to the hotel was a bit lengthy and bustling, but hey, it didn't spoil the fun vibe at all!

The Address Dubai Mall feels like a contemporary oasis in the desert. From the mesmerizing views on the private balcony to the luxurious spa treatments, it's a posh experience like no other.

The only thing missing was a personal butler to fan me with palm leaves while I lounged by the pool.

the location was excellent, with direct access to the mall right from the lobby. We didn't need to worry about transportation or taxis, as we could simply walk into the mall. the rooms were excellent, well-maintained, and soundproof, ensuring a peaceful stay. I was even upgraded to a one-bedroom residence upon arrival, thanks to the helpful staff at the hotel. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall experience was classy and enjoyable. I also received a privilege card for discounts on in-room dining, which was a nice bonus.

the hotel is spotless and close to all main attractions - including Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain. the staff are super helpful, and the valet service made it easy to navigate in the hot weather.

Although the room was not without its flaws, the hotel staff were quick to respond and fix any issues. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and amenities.

I loved staying at this hotel! It was so easy to get to the mall since it's located right next to it. The location is what really sold me on it. Not to mention, the hotel facilities were super clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. They even upgraded our room for free! Plus, the breakfast was delicious.

I chose Address for its proximity to the Dubai Fountain, a must-see attraction. I was pleasantly surprised by the exclusive access to the Club Lounge, offering freshly prepared refreshments throughout the day in an elegant atmosphere.

Rooms ending in 11 or 12 on the highway are extremely noisy at night.

Valet parking is provided, which is super convenient, especially in the hot weather. the staff, especially Kudzai, are incredibly friendly and helpful. the view of the pool overlooking Burj Khalifa is breathtaking. the hotel offers a relaxing atmosphere, and Nirvana from the public relations team went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the accessible layout and the thoughtful amenities that catered to my needs. The staff, whom I fondly refer to as the "children of the staff," were always helpful and considerate, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay for me.

I would have appreciated more handrails and additional seating by the pool for a more secure and relaxed experience for senior guests.

I recently stayed at Address and had an amazing experience. The location was perfect, with everything nearby. The room service, reception, and housekeeping were all exceptional. They attended to every detail without me having to ask. I want to give a special thanks to Nervana from GuestRelations, who was incredibly helpful and made our stay even better. The bed was super comfortable, and the hotel was spotless. The hospitality of the staff really made me feel at home. Nervena, in charge of the club lounge, was welcoming and even invited us for coffee. I can't wait to come back!

The check-in dance was a tad slow due to the bustling hotel, yet even amidst the chaos, The Address still sparkled like a diamond in the desert.

Ahmed, Moses, and Sajeev were all incredibly helpful and made me feel right at home. the room service staff were also very accommodating, and the food always arrived on time. the hotel had a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere, and the buffet at Cez restaurant was delicious.
